General information

The Privacy Policy explains the use, type, utilization and purposes of personal data. Personal data is understood to mean all information that can be precisely assigned to a person and traced back to him or her. This includes among other things gender, name, email address and telephone number.

What happens with your data?

The data collection is carried out by magis consult GmbH. You will find our contact information in the imprint. If you visit our website, some data will be collected automatically. This data mainly consists of technical data. A part of the data is used to ensure an error-free presentation of the website. Other data can be used to analyse user behaviour. We also process your data when you contact us. Then we store your data in order to process your enquiry and any subsequent questions in the best possible way. Of course, we do not pass on your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to receive information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing, and if necessary a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

If you wish to revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your data, please contact us by e-mail or any other means. A deletion takes place, if no other legal regulations speak against it. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation is excluded.

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that under certain conditions you may request that your data be restricted.  For example, if you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, you may request that we restrict processing while we check this.  You may also request the limitation if the processing of your personal data has been illegal but you do not want your data deleted, but if we no longer need your data it may be necessary for the purposes of exercising, defending or bringing legal claims. In this case, you can also use your right to have your personal data restricted.

If you have objected in accordance with Art. 21 paragraph 1 DSGVO, your interests must be carefully considered in relation to ours. As long as this process is not completed, your data will not be deleted. However, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may be processed only with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending a legal right or protecting the rights of another natural or legal entity, or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State, with the exception of the processing of your personal data which may be stored.  

Newsletter

With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offers. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, email address and their use to send the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters itself, or by notification to the contact options in the imprint.

For sending newsletters we use the provider Mailchimp. Mailchimp is a service that organizes and analyzes the dispatch of newsletters and designs their content.

Our newsletters sent with Mailchimp enable us to analyse the behaviour of the recipients. Among other things, it can analyze how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked.

Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. To do this, please simply follow the instructions given at the end of each newsletter.  The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

If you do not wish to be analysed by Mailchimp, you must also unsubscribe from the newsletter.

The data you have provided to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after the newsletter has been unsubscribed, unless there are other legal reasons (e.g. a contractual relationship) to the contrary.  The use of your data record will then be restricted. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected by this.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
